Service Description

This includes twenty-four 45 minute sessions. Plus 5 minute boost calls once or twice a week, whenever you ask for them. Additionally, you get weekly pushers by text or call. You will receive mini assessments. This is to create quality sessions catered to where you are. Activities and tools are incorporated to propel you into action and completion of your goal. Every minute of each session is catered in ways that are valuable to you. Each session is 100% about you and your goal achievement.
